Dear Editor, Our dear TVR, there is no doubt that you have made stellar progress since last year. I’m sure the majority of Rwandans have appreciated the way you have spiced up your programmes, with very interesting shows like the Oprah Winfrey show, up-to-date music and broadcasting, and some of the latest Hollywood movies. Please keep it up.
