Businessman remanded over Genocide remarks
MUSANZE – The Intermediary Court of Musanze, yesterday, remanded a prominent Musanze businessman at Ruhengeri Central Prison, for 30 days, following his controversial remarks during the Genocide commemoration week.Faustin Musanganya, a former lecturer, is accused of genocide ideology after he argued that the former regime was solely to blame for the Genocide and no resident should be held accountable.
