A strong health care has made an enormous difference

The Ministry of Health has, on several occasions, made it clear that the increase in premiums for the  community based health insurance scheme – mutuelle de Sante – is to ensure delivery of quality health care.With over 90 percent of the population covered under the health insurance scheme, Mutuelle de Sante is among the most successful programs within the health sector, that have that drastically improved the lives of the Rwandan people.
