Musanze move to raise funds for survivors laudable

Editor,I am writing to commend the residents of Musanze District, for launching a campaign that will see them raise funds to help Genocide survivors. Obviously, the Government has already done a good job by building houses for the survivors and sending their children to school. However, the job to care for the survivors  is enormous and cannot be left to the Government alone.
