Musanze residents raise funds for Genocide survivors

MUSANZE - Residents in Musanze District have contributed at least Rwf 3.5m to support vulnerable Genocide survivors. The money was raised during discussion forums convened as part of the ongoing commemoration events.“Supporting the bereaved families is embedded within the Rwandan culture. This is a time we have to be united and support Genocide survivors,” the district Mayor, Winifrida Mpembyemungu, said.
