Bisesero Genocide victims honoured
KARONGI- Over 60,000 victims who were killed during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Bisesero-Karongi District, were over the weekend honoured.Mourners from various parts of the country have been flocking to the memorial site to pay homage to the fallen victims, as part of the activities to mark the 17th commemoration of the Genocide.
