Indeed, our struggle was not in vain
Editor, I wish to respond to a letter by Timothy Gasana that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The NewTimes titled: “our struggle was not in vain.” Indeed, 17years after the Genocide against theTutsi, a lot has been achieved. The country has been transformed and Rwanda is one of the best governed countries in the World today.
