Let us honour the victims by reaching out to survivors
April 7 is here, and once again, the nation will commence a week into which we honour more than one million innocent victims who were killed during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.As usual, this week will be characterised by various activities ranging from visiting and comforting the survivors to according decent burial to victims.
