Chinese Ambassador pays courtesy call on Police chief
KIGALI - The Chinese Ambassador to Rwanda, Shu Zhan, yesterday, paid a courtesy call on the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Emmanuel K. Gasana, at Police Headquarters in Kacyiru. The two discussed issues of bilateral cooperation between the Police institutions of both countries.
