Man arrested over defilement
NYAGATARE—An 18-year-old man is currently detained at Nyagatare Police Post for allegedly defiling a five-year old girl.Donat Bihoyiki, of Tabagwe sector in Nyagatare, is alleged to have defiled the victim after luring her to his house.“He convinced the child and took her to his house and defiled her,” a Police official said.
