Regional Power Master Plan in the pipeline
All eight COMESA member states of are working on a plan that will see electricity shared among them.This was revealed by the EAC Deputy Secretary General in charge of Planning and Infrastructure, Alloys Mutabingwa, who said that discussions are currently going on with various agencies to identify experts who will put the project together.
