Students stranded as school term ends

KARONGI – Students going back home after the closure of the first school term, were  yesterday stranded in Karongi District due to insufficient number of public transport vehicles along the Kigali-Karongi highway.There are only three travel agencies that normally ply the route and yesterday there weren’t no enough vehicles to cope with the surge in the number of passengers.
