EAC ministers question EALA budget increase
KIGALI - Ministers of the East African Community, yesterday, asked the East African Legislative Assembly, to justify the request for more money to finance their activities for the remaining part of the fiscal year.With only three months to the end of the financial year, the regional lawmakers want an additional US$ 328,000 to complete the remaining sessions.
