Online banking should be promoted
Rwanda is one of the countries that has greatly advanced in technology. The Government has set up impressive ICT infrastructure which to me is underutilized.I would like to appeal to banks operating in Rwanda to adopt online banking. As a client, I should be able to pay my phone, water and electricity bills or even tuition using the internet.
