DRC ambassador calls on Senate president
The Senate president, Dr Vincent Biruta, has said that the legislature plays a major role in strengthening the socio-economic ties between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda. Biruta made the remarks during a meeting with the DRC’s Ambassador to Rwanda, Norbert Nkulu Kilombo Mutumba at his office in Kimihurura, on Friday.
