Can Tetteh guide Rwanda to CAN 2012?

Though Sellas Tetteh showed potential by guiding Ghana’s under-20 national team to the world championship crown, the Ghanaian is yet to replicate the same form during his tenure as Amavubi stars head coach. Ever since he landed the Amavubi stars job, the soft spoken tactician is yet to show he’s a top manager. Coaching professional is accredited by winning games and trophies, so Rwandans expect Tetteh to deliver good results. If Benin can lose their next two games against Ivory Coast and Amavubi bags six points from Burundi, then second spot will be up for grabs. A winning team always needs to have players playing together for a long period of time or regularly. Amavubi lacks this condition because has started different games with new or missing faces. Coordination is an important factor in sports and you do not gain this if the team has not trained together for some time. Burundi is one of improving teams in the region and trick behind their recent good performance is having young players that have been playing together for some time.
