Africa should learn from Rwanda on gender equality
Editor, Allow me to comment on the story that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The New Times, under the title: “Namibian MPs here on study tour”. It’s really good news to learn that Namibian MPs are travelling all the way from their country to learn from Rwanda’s achievements on gender issues with the aim of adopting our country’s pro-women policies.
