9YBe should be replicated in other African countries—UN official

Nyabihu — A visiting official  of United Nations office in Rwanda has commended the government’s 9-year basic education system, describing it as a model worth emulating in other African countries. Dr. Joseph Foumbi, made the remarks in Nyabihu district, where he attended the Imbuto Foundation awarding ceremony of the best performing girls in last year’s national exams on Tuesday.
