Editor, Between November 2008 and January 2011, my family lived in Remera, Kigali, enjoying the friendly environment and fantastic climate of the country. I was working as the Team Leader in the Land Registration Reform Project which provided technical support to the Office of the Registrar of Land Titles in the National Land Centre.
