Editor, It was embarassing to read in yesterday’s paper that several students who scored good grades in Economics and History across the country, in last year’s A Level examscould have recieved mixed up results. Was there foul play by those in charge? The National Examinations Council should investigate the matter and inform the parents and public how this happened. Like several teachers have said, this mix up might taint the image of RNEC body. The anomaly also leaves many questions unanswered and whether the entire process was conducted in a transparent manner. Andrew RuzindanaNyagatare
