City hawkers to be allocated premises by June
KIGALI - Kigali City Council has embarked on a plan to get permanent trading areas for all hawkers in the city.It is estimated that more than 6,500 hawkers operate in Kigali City.Jacques Basenga, an official in charge of rural development in KCC, said that they have begun to prepare designated sections for hawkers in the districts of Kigali city.
