Hotel pool death must be a big lesson
Editor,It was sad to read in yesterday’s issue of The NewTimes of yesterday that a 12-year old girl was found dead the Laico Umubano Hotel pool. It’s indeed shocking to hear that the body of this girl, Elsa Niyitegeka was discovered two days after her demise. I think there was carelessness on the part of the trainer and hotel management.
