President Paul Kagame, early this week, gave a lecture at the Harvard Business School, where he spoke about the country’s development process and achievements.Rwanda has had to overcome insurmountable challenges, to get to where it is today. The fruits of hard work and good leadership have presented opportunities, waiting to be exploited.
