Investment in ICT paying off

Rwanda, on Tuesday, signed an agreement with COMESA to pave the way for the setting up of a regional air traffic management centre in Musanze district, Northern Province. The centre  -  Communication Navigation Surveillance /Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM), -  will  offer air traffic control services as well as information on climate change to all the 19 member countries that subscribe to the Common Market for Eastern and Southern African (COMESA).
