Fired NEC officials a disgrace
Editor,I am writing to commend representatives of the National Electoral Commission (NEC) in the Eastern Province for sacking 10 electoral officials in Rukomo and Rwimiyanga sectors of Nyagatare district for malpractices during the local elections.
