District Development meet attracts record attendance

RUBAVU – This year’s annual District Joint Action Development Forum that brings together local leaders and various development partners opened up on a high note, on Thursday, in Rubavu with record attendance of 89 institutions  drawn from both public and private sectors.The two-day event, which concluded yesterday, was organized by Rubavu District in conjunction with the Joint Action Development Forum (JADF).
