Rwanda has done well in agricultural sector

Editor,I read, in yesterday’s issue of The New Times, a story about the Minister of Agriculture encouraging African countries to invest more in animal health. This is an encouraging statement because agriculture is the backbone of African economies. Rwanda has already invested alot in the agriculture sector, and rural communities have immensely benefited from various programmes, such as the  One Cow per Family.
