The Chief of Defence Staff of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland General Sir David Richards is expected in Rwanda for a two-day visit (Feb 15- 16). Today afternoon, he will meet with the Minister of Defence, Gen James Kabarebe, and the Chief of Defence Staff ,Lt Gen Charles Kayonga.
