French Cultural Centre to be redeveloped
The French Embassy in Rwanda has announced that it will construct three new facilities on the piece of land it owns in the Central Business District (CBD), Nyarugenge. The property currently accommodates the French Cultural Centre, which reopened following Rwanda’s restoration of diplomatic ties with France, over a year ago.
