Editor,I wish to react to a story that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The NewTimes where Edgar Hodari, the Rubavu Intermediate Court President appealed to judges to exhibit high level of integrity while settling cases.Judges and all practicing lawyers are the custodian of the law and must ensure that the interests of people are taken care of without favoritism.
