Evaluate our institutions of higher learning
Editor, I wish to appeal to the Ministry of Education to carry out an evaluation exercise again to assess the capacity of our institutions of higher learning. I am still a student and I don’t think what we are receiving from our lecturers are enough compared to what other students in the region get.
