So what if you don’t get a gift on Valentine’s Day?

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and every couple’s expectations to receive a gift is so high.  Word on Kigali’s streets will shed some light on the feelings and reactions on a gift well received or in absentia. “If I do not get any gift from my lover on a Valentines Day, I would feel very bad since I expect to get one. Instead, I will make sure that I give him mine to show them what he should have done.” Fiona Mbabazi, Journalist with the Rwanda Television (RTV).
