We deserve better services from our restaurants
Editor, I would like to request officials from Rwanda Development Board (RDB) to increase sensitization campaigns on the issue of customer service, especially among restaurant owners in Kigali. I find it difficult when I visit restaurants and those who are supposed to give me services turn their heads the other side as if I am a street begger.
