Senate has done well on Immigration Bill
Editor,I wish to thank the Senate for amending the Immigration Bill to ensure it meets elements within International treaties. I read with pride that the amendment was done following a proposal from President Paul Kagame aimed at helping foreigners living in Rwanda.
