Well done KCC for implementing Master plan
Editor,Last week, I visited many parts of Kigali City and construction activities have already started in line the Kigali Master Plan that will see the expansion of the city in the next 50 years.I have traveled in the region and looking at our Kigali Master Plan, there is not doubt that our city is headed for greater things.
