NEC volunteers in Kicukiro trained
The National Electoral Commission (NEC), yesterday, held a one-day training session for electoral volunteers in Kicukiro District who will preside over the grassroots elections. Alloys Mwitende, in charge of elections in the district, said in an interview that those trained include NEC volunteers at village and cell levels in all the 10 Sectors of the district.
