Increment of health premiums is justified

The decision by the government to increase the annual premiums for the community health insurance, commonly known as Mutuelle de Santé should be taken in good faith by all parties. Since the introduction of the health insurance scheme, the Rwandan people from all walks of life have been able to access quality health care. More than 90 percent of the population are now insured, after realising how beneficial the scheme is.
