Editor, After a day’s hard work when you think you are finally going to grab a taxi or a bus and be home in a shortest possible time, another humiliating experience a waits you. As Rwandan citizens, we have worked hard on structuring a comfortable and disciplined culture; many foreigners envy our cities and towns, for cleanliness, safety and security, but of late, a situation has come up, making me and other public transport users feel degraded! Queuing for hours waiting for the next mini-bus makes us feel like we are second grade citizen back in the days when automobiles were first imported in Africa.
