Envoy’s election good for Rwandans
Editor, I read Arthur Asiimwe's story that appeared in your newspaper on January, 27, citing clear points as to why people in the region should not overlook Rwanda and Burundi when it comes to EAC top posts. A section of regional media had recently suggested that people from Burundi and Rwanda will be outcompeted for the EAC top jobs.
