Mayor Kirabo’s great contribution very commendable
Editor, This letter is in reference to your article entitled “I will not contest for Mayor – Kirabo,” that appeared in your newspaper, Saturday, January, 29. Dr. Aisa Kirabo Kacyira will surely be missed as Mayor by many Rwandans and friends of Rwanda. Her great contribution in helping Kigali develop into a world class city speaks volumes.
