Quality in education should not be compromised
Editor, The Primary Leaving Examinations results are out. What caught my attention was news reported in your paper about the 50-year old Gatsibo man who failed the exams. Despite the poor performance, he says he wants to join the 9- year Basic Education and continue with his studies.
