Belgian Defence Minister here next week
KIGALI - The Belgian Minister of Defence, Pieter De Crem, will visit the country next week. According to the Defence and Military spokesperson, Lt. Col. Jill Rutaremara, the Belgian minister will meet and hold discussions with his counterpart, James Kabarebe.
