Strengthening service delivery key for development.

The Minister of Local Government, on Saturday, called on Kigali City leaders to improve public service delivery as a way of spurring development. The country’s Vision 2020 outlines various development goals. To achieve them, we have to accelerate the reconstruction of social capital, development of basic infrastructure, strengthening entrepreneurship and the private sector, as well as the modernization of agriculture.
