Why remove traffic lights?
Editor, I would like to thank Kigali City Council for the road repairs currently going on. My main concern, however, is why, are traffic lights being removed from certain junctions. Like the Kimironko-Remera road junction at Kisementi, the traffic lights have been removed and are being replaced with a roundabout.
