I thank Kigali City Council for ensuring that the street lights are on and bright at every turn, making the night in Kigali beautiful. However, I have observed lately that some areas of the city are very dark and yet people frequently use these routes. I request that KCC looks into this issues and lights up the dark streets for security purposes. Save us from darkness and its associated dangers. KIMIRONKO
