ULK, emulate other Universities
Dear Editor, It surprises me that ULK cannot emulate other universities like KIST and NUR which enable students to write and defend their dissertations as they proceed to another year of study. Students in their fourth year are incapable of progressing unless they defend and write their dissertations.
