Muhima residents given construction go-ahead
The Kigali City Mayor, Dr. Aisa Kirabo Kacyira, has finally allowed residents of Muhima Sector to redevelop their homes. The go-ahead follows numerous complaints from the residents who said that they could not refurbish their houses after having been identified as targets for expropriation.
