Two arrested for ‘bribing’ police officer
Gatsibo – Police in Gatsibo District are holding two men for attempting to bribe a traffic police officer. Eric Bahezande and Elijah Rutembesa were arrested, last week, arrested while attempting to bribe a traffic police officer who was on a check point in Kabarore town, Gatsibo District, with Rwf10, 000.
