Gatsibo should speed up 9-YBE classrooms
Editor, I wish to express my concern over the slow pace in the construction of classrooms meant for the Nine- year basic education programme in Gatsibo district. The number of pupils enrolling in the district is growing day by day but the construction of classrooms is not corresponding with the growing number of pupils.
