Atraco reforms healthy

Editor, The ongoing restructuring within the commuter transport association (Atraco) is indeed a welcome development and I believe the move will benefit many commuter owners in the long run. Apart from turning the transport agency into a profit- making entity, the ongoing audit process will also help identify underlying problems that have characterized the agency for years and get to the root cause of the matter.
